Frosting fillings shown in this photo are plain old vanilla, chocolate, and the sumptuous green mint-chocolate (with oodles of food coloring). I think mint-choc is the most delish of the ones pictured here, but there is a time for all flavors.

This is a photo of the first time I tried making mint chocolate. Success! (More so than the raspberry flavor, not pictured here, which I continue to try to perfect.)
